We have an exciting opportunity as an IT Help DeskSupport to join a small team of passionate people at our IT department. You will be part of the IT Infrastructure team based inEindhoven.

You will provide IT support to users at the Sound United offices in Europe. You will be primarily providing onsite support in Eindhoven with regular travel, roughly once per month, to provide onsite support at our German office in Nettetal.

Key Responsibilities

Be the day-to-day contact and provide technical assistance for incoming support requests and issues related to end-user computer systems; software and hardware.
Setting up new equipment such as desktops, laptops, printers and mobile phones.
Install, configure, and repair computer hardware and software.
Provide basic end-user computer training.
Support Office 365 and Active Directory.
Respond to email messages and support tickets in a timely manner.
Walk users through problem-solving process via phone, email and remote screen sharing.


Experience and Skills

Specific experience with:

Microsoft Windows 7/10
MacOS X
Microsoft Office applications
Office 365
Basic networking knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
Microsoft Active Directory users and groups
Microsoft user permissions
iPhone/Android mobile devices
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and to take responsibility


Who are you?

Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk or similar technical experience
Excellent technical problem-solving skills
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Fluency in English language is essential. Dutch and German language would be beneficial
Positive attitude, can-do mentality
Motivated, self-starting, able to work independently and set priorities
Maintain a high level of business ethics and professionalism
Must be able to work on confidential tasks
