Vacancy Moving Company: Logistics Planner / Sales (LANGUAGE: ENGLISH/GERMAN)

Your tasks as a planner consist of scheduling moving employees for both current and new projects. For each project you look at what is requested and plan this as well as possible. In addition, you look ahead at the projects and activities that are on the agenda in order to plan them well prepared. In addition to scheduling employees, you also check with the project leaders which materials are needed on the projects and you ensure that they are on location on time. Your working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
For this position it is important that you have experience as a planner. It is important within the position that you are communicative in order to communicate well with both customers and colleagues. In addition, you are stress resistant and you can switch quickly if situations require it. If you have no experience yet but are enthusiastic, you can also learn the trade within this company.

Where will you work?

You will work in a friendly team of both planners and office staff, at an innovative moving company with more than 7 years of experience in both private relocation and project relocations. The company is located in The Hague. The company employs approximately 5 office staff and 30 field staff, each with their own specialism. In the company there is always room for improvement and everyones ideas are listened to.

What we expect from you:
You have several years of work experience in logistics, transport or sales
You are systematic, result-oriented and a real go-getter, even in unexpected situations
You are firmly in your shoes and can easily make contact with colleagues and customers
You are willing to take on other tasks, in addition to your responsibilities, such as supporting the sales department
