Currently, they are looking for an Operational Excellence Consultant to join their expanding team in Amsterdam.

Job Profile for Operational Excellence Consultant
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Design and implement Operational Excellence (OpEx) programs and strategies to enhance client performance and efficiency
• Utilise both traditional and digital analysis tools to identify inefficiencies and streamline operations
• Serve as a trusted advisor by building and maintaining strong client relationships on all OpEx-related matters
• Coach and train clients on OpEx methodologies, tools, techniques, and cultural change initiatives
• Lead project execution, taking ownership of workstreams including planning, timeline management, and budgeting

Candidate Profile for Operational Excellence Consultant

• Must be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
• 3–8 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Lean Management, or a related area, preferably in consulting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage across all levels of the organisation with a blend of IQ and EQ
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, effectively managing multiple priorities
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required
