You help keep store inventory accurate and reliable. From tracking stock levels to supporting audits and resolving discrepancies, you ensure the right products are in the right place. A key role for anyone who loves structure, numbers, and retail operations.

Description

You ensure inventory accuracy and stock integrity across all stores. Working with cross-functional teams, you support planning, solve stock issues, and guide store teams driving availability, compliance, and operational excellence.

What you'll do:

• Lead accurate stock audits across stores
• Train teams on inventory tools and processes
• Resolve stock variances and discrepancies
• Report on compliance and inventory trends
• Manage vendors and scanning equipment
• Improve processes and support new stores
• Collaborate to keep stock flow accurate
• Support loss prevention and compliance

Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in retail operations, inventory, or supply chain
• Familiar with ERP or inventory systems and basic data analysis (Excel skills a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and hands-on mentality
• Comfortable communicating with store teams and internal departments
• Proactive, structured, and eager to learn
