About the role
Account Executive (AE)
Role: Account Executive (AE)
Location: London Hybrid (2-3 days per week in the office).
Industry: IT Services and Software Development.
Product: Comprehensive platform for IT solution providers, including business management, unified monitoring and management, cybersecurity, and data protection solutions.
Ideal Customer Profile (ICP): Technology Solution Providers (MSPs) in sectors like Communications, Print, and Cloud, targeting small to midsized IT teams.
Role Description:
Responsibilities: Focus on hunting new business and upselling within a broad portfolio.
Annual Revenue Target: $1 million in annual contract value (ACV).
Average Deal Size: $15K-$20K ACV, with some deals up to $40K.
Support Structure:
Marketing initiatives.
Outbound SDRs (1:2 ratio).
Account Managers generating sales opportunities.
Self-generated leads (hunter mentality required).

Familiarity with MEDDIC sales methodology.

Second Interview: In-depth discussion with Sales Directors and an AE, focusing on performance metrics and personal drive.
Final Interview: On-site panel interview with a presentation component involving team members.
