Position overview
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Sales Operations Support professional to assist the EMEA Distributor Sales Team in managing day-to-day operational tasks and leading communication with the Customer Service team, Logistics teams, and Distributor partners.
The role will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end customer service operation and helping to professionalize and streamline our customer service function: improving service levels, driving process efficiency, and strengthening collaboration with our global logistics and sales teams.
The ideal candidate is a strong operational leader with a customer-first mindset, solid experience in order and service processes, and a passion for building scalable service models that support commercial growth.
This role reports to the Sr. Sales Director, Distributor Channel EMEA.
What You'll Do
• Leadership
o Supervise the customer service team to deliver high standards of support across all distributor partners
• Operational Excellence
o Supervise the full order-to-cash service cycle, ensuring timely and accurate execution across: Order entry and validation, Order tracking and issue resolution, Shipping coordination and documentation, Returns, credit notes, and claims
o Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements
o Work closely with Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure smooth end-to-end processes
• Process & System Optimization
o Design and implement scalable customer service processes and workflows
o Standardize tools, templates, and procedures across distributor partners
• Stakeholder Management
o Act as the main point of escalation for key partners and internal teams
o Build strong relationships with distributors and internal departments
o Ensure proactive communication and timely updates on orders, stock availability, delays, etc.
• Customer Experience & Continuous Improvement
o Champion a customer-centric mindset across the organization
o Gather insights and feedback to continuously improve the customer experience
o Identify root causes of recurring issues and implement preventive actions
Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in customer service operations, preferably in a global or multi-channel environment
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams
• Strong understanding of order management, logistics, and B2B customer service
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• ERP and CRM system experience (SAP, Salesforce, or similar)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
