Electrical Our client, a leading electrical system integrator in the Dutch yacht-building industry, is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join their Engineering department in North Holland. Specializing in high-end yacht projects, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to advanced electrical systems in luxury yacht construction.As Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, drafting, and preparing technical documentation for electrical installations on high-end yachts. You will work closely with a team of experts to ensure the highest standards in electrical system integration.
Your tasks will include:
- Creating technical drawings and engineering designs for shipboard electrical systems.
- Designing main and sub-distribution panels specific to maritime operations.
- Developing wiring diagrams for power and control cables for yacht systems.
- Preparing documentation and technical details for project execution.
- Assisting with aftersales support for completed projects.
- Reporting directly to the Lead Engineer or Technical Manager.
- Relevant degree in Electrical Engineering or similar discipline.
- Experience in electrical engineering, specifically within the marine or maritime industry.
- Proficiency in EPLAN Electric P8 and AutoCAD.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Fluency in English.
