The Company
We’re supporting a major pharmaceutical company with a strong global footprint and a strong commitment to employee growth. The site in Oss is their largest production facility, where teams work on a wide range of packaging processes—from fully automated lines to manual operations, covering products from fertility treatments to medical devices.

Role Overview
As a Packaging Operator, you’ll be responsible for preparing and running packaging equipment in a clean and regulated environment. You'll follow GMP procedures closely and ensure all documentation is accurate. You’ll work in shifts (2-, 3-, or 4-shift patterns available) and contribute not only to the day-to-day operations but also to improvement initiatives across your team.

Key Responsibilities
-Operate packaging machines for blisters, sachets, and labeling according to procedures
-Follow pharmaceutical GMP, hygiene, and safety guidelines
-Accurately complete batch documentation and report deviations
-Perform basic troubleshooting and support equipment setup/cleaning
-Participate in improvement projects and cross-department collaboration

Requirements
-MBO level 2/3 (vocational education) or equivalent
-Accuracy and attention to detail when following procedures and recording data
-Comfortable working in a shift environment
-Team player with a proactive mindset and hands-on attitude
-Open to development, including training in pharmaceutical operations or VAPRO certification
-Good communication and adaptability in a dynamic work setting
