Are you passionate about creating delicious and healthy dairy products? We're seeking a creative and driven Product Development Specialist to join our Chilled Dairy Development Team. In this role, you will be a key player in the innovation and renovation of our product portfolio, which includes beloved brands like Campina, Optimel, and Vifit, as well as our high-profile private label products.

You will be responsible for bringing new ideas to life, from concept to market. This involves hands-on development, rigorous testing, and collaborating with various internal and external partners to ensure our products are not only tasty but also meet our high standards for nutrition, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Innovation: Lead and support the development and implementation of new products, focusing on nutritional value, shelf-life, cost, and sensory properties.

• Product Renovation: Organize and perform improvement work on existing products, including quality upgrades, raw material contingency planning, and value engineering.

• Testing and Analysis: Initiate and conduct product tests at various scales (lab, pilot, and factory), analyze the results, and create detailed reports.

• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D, and Procurement. You will also engage with external suppliers.

• Reporting: Present findings and project updates to relevant stakeholders and peers within the company.

• Recipe Transfer: Facilitate the transfer of product recipes and specifications between different factory locations.
