We’re looking for a Finnish-speaking Customer Operations Agent to join our warm and international team in Amsterdam. If you're naturally helpful, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and enjoy solving problems that make people smile, this might be your next move.

What’s the role?
As a Customer Operations Agent, you’ll be one of the key voices behind our brands—helping customers across Europe navigate their online shopping experience with ease, care, and confidence.

Whether you're chatting on WhatsApp, following up via email, or solving an issue over the phone, you’ll be empowered to own every interaction and turn it into something exceptional.

What you’ll do

  • Help customers via chat, email, WhatsApp, phone, and partner channels
  • Resolve inquiries by working with internal tools, teams, and systems
  • Handle orders, claims, refunds, and fraud detection
  • Maintain and apply support macros and scripts in Finnish and English
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings
  • Spot areas of improvement and flag them to your Customer Operations Senior
  • Translate content when needed and support colleagues as a team player

  • You speak Finnish and English fluently—other languages are a bonus
  • You’re confident communicating with people from all walks of life
  • You have an interest in fashion—and you’ve probably shopped online more than once
  • Experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a big plus

  • You’re helpful by nature, curious, and ready to jump in where needed
