Description

• Logistics & Supply Chain: Manage international shipments, including sea and air freight, and coordinate container handling. Track inbound and outbound deliveries, maintain shipping documentation, and monitor stock levels. Keep ERP systems (D365) and spreadsheets up to date. Build KPI tables to optimize supply chain flows.
• Sales & Customer Support: Communicate closely with customers and distributors. Process orders, confirmations, sample requests, forecasts, and complaints efficiently. Raise invoices, monitor payments, and ensure accurate pricing and customer data in D365.
• Team Support: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to provide administrative support, reports, and insights on stock and sales trends.

Profile

• Experience in international logistics, including sea and air shipments, container management, and handling of dangerous goods.
• Familiar with ERP systems (D365) and order processing.
• Organized, proactive, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communicator in English; other languages are a plus.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural team and adaptable to changing priorities.
