Are you detail-oriented, service-minded, and great at keeping things organized? Do you enjoy working in an international environment where you connect customers, sales, and logistics? What are you going to do?

As an Order Management Specialist, you’ll make sure all customer orders are processed accurately and on time. You’ll be in daily contact with customers and internal departments, monitor order flows, and ensure compliance with company procedures. This is a full-time position with the possibility of a permanent contract.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Reviewing and processing purchase and sales orders in the ERP system (Oracle).
  • Coordinating with Sales, Operations, and Shipping on order status and delivery schedules.
  • Resolving order issues such as missing information or discrepancies.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and SOX procedures.
  • Supporting month-end and quarter-end closings.
  • Providing an excellent customer experience in every interaction.
  • Contributing ideas for process improvement within the team.

What do we ask?
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs (18 kg) and comfortable with standing or sitting for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail; able to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency.
  • Familiarity with inventory control methods, including cycle counting and reconciliation.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Experience operating electronic pallet jacks is a strong advantage.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Maintains composure and professionalism in dynamic, fast-moving situations.
