Are you

 a passionate and results-driven professional with a keen eye for procurement opportunities?

As a Project Buyer you will be involved from the very start of each tender or project and will own the full procurement process:

• You will develop procurement plans, lead the selection of subcontractors and suppliers, solicit and compare quotes, and provide procurement advice.
• You’ll negotiate and formalise contracts and frame agreements in close collaboration with the Contract Manager.
• You will ensure alignment between budget, timeline, commercial objectives and quality standards.
• You will act as procurement partner to project-teams, contractors and internal stakeholders, making sure procurement is executed smoothly and effectively.

You’ll be part of a professionally driven procurement team – where your input will shape strategy, supplier selection and cost-effective delivery from tender through execution.

Gevraagd

What you bring...
A relevant HBO (Bachelor) work- and thinking level, preferably augmented by a NEVI qualification.
Proven experience in procurement within civil-engineering, construction or project environments.
Strong commercial mindset, excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
You’re proactive, capable of juggling different priorities, winning support internally and externally, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
