What you’ll be doing
- Be the go-to person for Spanish-speaking customers
- Process orders, calls, and customer requests with a smile
- Take ownership of complaints follow up, solve, and leave customers happy
- Provide sales & product info, working with internal teams like stock and finance
- Actively follow up on overdue invoices
- Join (or even lead!) improvement projects that elevate the customer experience

Who we’re looking for
- Education level: MBO/HBO (or equivalent through experience)
- 2–3 years in a similar customer service role (B2B experience = a plus!)
- Fluent in Spanish (Native); good command of English is a bonus!
- Organized, proactive, and ready to take initiative
- Strong Excel, Outlook, and CRM/ERP skills
