The company specializes in the production of industrial brushes, utilizing advanced CNC machinery, including Mazak machines equipped with Mazatrol Smooth G control systems. The work environment is professional, well-organized, and dedicated to custom projects — from single units to medium-sized production series.

Your role as a CNC Operator and Programmer:

Programming Mazak CNC machines. Experience in Mazatrol Smooth G is advantageous.
Set up, clamp and mill components based on technical drawings.
Perform deburring and precision quality checks (tolerances of less than 0.1 mm).
Adjust machining parameters according to material characteristics.
Collaborate with the work preparation team to enhance process efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Work on custom parts ranging from single units to small- and medium-sized production runs.

Work schedule:

You will work one shift from Monday to Friday, from 07:45 to 16:30.

To succeed in this job, you should be:

Educated in a relevant technical field (e.g., vocational or secondary technical school background in metalworking or mechanical engineering)
Experienced in machining and CNC operation
Skilled in reading technical drawings, clamping, and using measuring tools
Precise, independent, eager to learn, and solution-focused
Good communicate in English and/or Dutch
