As a Financial Project Manager you will be the financial lead on institutional donor projects - from the first budget draft to the final audit. Your work will be both operational and strategic.
Description
- Developing project budgets in close collaboration with fundraising and programme teams.
- Assessing donor requirements and advising on feasibility and compliance.
- Preparing financial reports, forecasts, liquidity requests, and internal overviews.
- Contribute to quarterly and annual reporting, budgeting, and audits.
- Review grantee-partner budgets and financial reports.
- Collaborate with colleagues across teams to improve financial workflows and governance.
Profile
- Strong programme and project management skills - you're organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage complexity while keeping others on track.
- Knowledge of financial administration, business administration, and accounting principles.
- Office in Amsterdam, no relocation possible;
- Fluent in English (written and spoken);
- 36 hours availability;
- Per immediately - start ASAP.
Job Offer
- Salary: 5000 euros (based on 36 hours);
