Are you passionate about supply chain transformation and data-driven planning? We are looking for a Business Analyst-Supply & Demand Planning to support a global technology transformation within the consumer products industry. This is an exciting opportunity to bridge business and IT, helping deliver next-generation supply and demand planning systems powered by SAP S/4HANA and Kinaxis.

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the future planning systems landscape. You will connect business requirements with technical solutions, ensuring that demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory optimization processes are efficiently enabled through SAP S/4HANA, Kinaxis, and related tools.

• Understand and document supply and demand planning processes, including forecasting, supply planning, inventory optimization, and S&OP;
• Support system setup, configuration, and data integration between SAP S/4HANA, Kinaxis, and other planning tools;
• Map data flows, attributes, and structures to ensure data quality and alignment across systems;
• Document functional requirements, process flows, and integration specifications;
• Prepare test scenarios, user guides, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT);
• Collaborate with supply chain, IT, and data teams to troubleshoot, validate, and improve planning processes.

• Competitive salary based on experience between € 5,200 and €6,700 (travel costs included);

Our client is a global leader in the consumer products industry, known for innovation, operational excellence, and sustainability.

• 3–5 years’ experience as a Business or Systems Analyst, preferably in supply and demand planning or supply chain transformation;
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA: data requirements, system integrations, and process design;
• Knowledge of Kinaxis or similar advanced planning systems;
• Understanding of supply chain and planning processes (forecasting, inventory, S&OP);
• Strong data mapping and analysis skills; experience with master data management is a plus;
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or Visio is an advantage;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive attitude;
• Experience in the consumer products industry is a plus.
