Junior Customer Manager Income

Responsible for the implementation of minimum schemes (32-36 hours per week)

Your Role

Implementing minimum schemes, including applications and checks from residents who wish to participate in the collective health insurance;
Maintaining contact with chain partners;
Conducting conversations with customers, if necessary, to comprehensively understand their situation, looking at the resident with a broad perspective (considering Youth, WMO, safety);
Having some experience with the Suite for Social Domain.

De eisen

Je beschikt over een HBO werk- en denkniveau en hebt ervaring en kennis van de Participatiewet;

Je bent een verbinder en ruimdenkend en weet, in het belang van de inwoner, professionals bij elkaar te brengen (casusregie);

Je bent pro-actief, hebt en houdt overzicht en kan goed omgaan met werkdruk;

Je durft creatieve oplossingen voor te stellen en daartoe een besluit te nemen;

Je bent een open persoonlijkheid, beschikt over zeer goede coachende vaardigheden en hebt een scherp oog voor een goede kwaliteit;

In een hectische omgeving gedij je goed en weet je goed het hoofd koel te houden. Je schakelt eenvoudig in veranderende omstandigheden.
