Are you passionate about operational excellence and making processes work smarter, not harder? At Nike Hilversum, we’re on a mission to optimize inventory and returns across EMEA, and we’re looking for a Supply Chain Inventory & Returns Optimization Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our Inventory & Returns Optimization team, driving projects that maximize inventory turnover and margin. From leading end-to-end improvement initiatives to executing orderbook cleanup activities, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including customer-facing Nike Marketplace teams and operational supply chain teams in our Belgian logistics center.

We have a assignment for 5 months to start with!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and execute projects to improve cancellation and returns processes.
• Optimize orderbook health and cleanup activities to maximize turnover and margin.
• Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure smooth operations.
• Support ad-hoc business requests and contribute to team initiatives.

• Nike maintains a hybrid working model: 3 days in the office, 2 from home.
• 25 vacation days (based on full-time contract)

• A proven track record in project management and process improvement.
• Strong supply chain background with a passion for operational excellence; reverse logistics experience is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• A proactive, innovative self-starter who thrives in collaborative environments.
