Hey! We are Corporate Housing Factory. Since 2013, we have been one of the largest providers of

serviced apartments in the Netherlands and one of the few that exclusively serves corporate

customers. Alongside our second label, ServicedApartments, the go-to booking platform for

serviced apartments in the Netherlands, we are a prominent player in renting temporary apartments

to internationals coming to the Netherlands for a short or extended stay. Our concept offers the

modern business traveler a comfortable home combined with the service and luxury of a hotel.

ABOUT THE JOB

We’re looking for a marketing professional who can just as easily dream up a creative social media

campaign as analyse a dataset. Someone who enjoys working across multiple brands, switches gears

quickly, works independently, and thrives on variety in their day-to-day work.

You’ll work closely with our Director of Creative & Branding and our Marketing Manager, but you’ll

also take ownership of your own projects and actively contribute ideas on how to grow our brands.

• Analyse & optimise – Dive into data (including Google Analytics) and translate insights into
• concrete actions for improvement.
• Social media & content – Conceptualise and create posts, stories, and campaigns that resonate
• with our brands and audiences.
• SEO & copywriting – Write compelling copy for web and social channels, with a focus on visibility
• and conversion.
• Design & creation – Produce engaging visuals, brochures, and one-pagers using tools like Canva,
• Photoshop, or similar.
• Email marketing – From set-up to send-out, you make sure newsletters and campaigns hit the mark.
• Website management – Keep our websites up to date, functional, and user-friendly.
• Events & trade shows – Support event organisation and roll up your sleeves to get involved on the
• day.
• Ad hoc support – No two days are the same; you tackle whatever’s needed with energy and
• enthusiasm.

You’re an energetic marketing talent eager to make an impact in a dynamic environment. Your

colleagues would describe you as enthusiastic, curious, and full of fresh ideas. You perform at your

best under pressure and keep an overview with ease.

You know how to present yourself professionally – to colleagues and clients alike – and you do it with

flair. Your communication skills are spot on, you’re proactive, and you can’t wait to make things

happen.

• Higher education degree (HBO+ level) and 2–4 years of marketing experience – or an impressive
• combination of education and work experience.
• Both creative and analytical skills – you can come up with ideas, execute them, and measure the
• results.
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Experience with social media, SEO, Google Analytics, and preferably CMS platforms.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Photoshop, Canva, or similar.
• A self-starter mindset with the energy to switch between multiple projects and brands.
• Affinity with hospitality, travel, or real estate is a plus.
• Based in or around Amsterdam.
