At Exact, we’re looking for a Functional Application Manager who will elevate our internal applications to the next level. You’ll be the go-to expert for Exact Synergy, Exact Globe and related systems. The tools our Finance, HR, and Communications teams rely on every single day. Every colleague at Exact will be your customer. And exciting changes are ahead: several business processes will soon transition to Exact Online Premium. You’ll play a pivotal role in this transformation, while expanding your expertise and impact along the way.

You will join a close-knit team of application managers who collectively manage Exacts internal application landscape, including integrations. Within this team, you’ll be the specialist for Exact Globe and Synergy. Collaboration is key: you will work closely with the IT Office team to design and configure smart solutions, while advising business departments on process optimization and improvements.

• Maintain and continuously improve Exact Globe and Synergy
• Advise business stakeholders and IT colleagues on functional and process-related topics
• Support the IT Service Desk with complex application issues
• Take an active, hands-on role in the rollout of Exact Online Premium

• Work at the intersection of IT and business, with direct impact across all departments
• Help shape the future of Exact’s digital landscape
• Become the driving force behind Exact’s applications.
• Continuously develop your skills while collaborating with an ambitious, forward-thinking team

We are looking for someone with a curious mindset who will actively seek improvements and embrace transformation. You are fluent in English and able to connect with both IT colleagues and business stakeholders. You like working in a team and thrive in cross-functional environments. You can translate complex challenges into clear solutions and make things happen. Next to this you have;

• Proven experience: At least 5 years in a comparable role (e.g. implementation consultant, functional application manager)
• Complex IT expertise: Skilled in setting up and managing business software landscapes with multiple integrated applications
• Exact knowledge: Minimum of 5 years working with Exact Globe and Exact Synergy, ideally in implementation projects
• Broader application experience: Familiarity with tools such as ScanSys, TVM, Lucanet, ELIS, SSRS

And nice-to-haves are

• Experience with Exact Online Premium
• Knowledge of SQL Server (including SSIS)
