The Customer Service and Support Representative will be responsible for the quality of the regional service operations for the Partners (Distributors, Retailers, Key Customers) to ensure our company provides the best service in the industry and will overachieve customer’s expectations. Service

  • Build a strong relationship with the distributors and Key Customers and coordinate their service programs on a regional basis;
  • Ensure world class service to customers in the territory, handle all service requests within 1 business day, provide immediate phone support to customer service calls;
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution;
  • Compile all service, install and warranty issues in a monthly/quarterly CSS report and recommend actions steps;
  • Track all service call and e-mails and compile in service reporting (NetSuite);
  • Improve and implement the tools and procedures to grow consistent quality service in the EMEA market;
  • Conduct and analyze Annual Survey among partners on perceived quality of their service;
  • Develop in conjunction with USA service manuals for all current and future products.

Warranty

  • Track and Monitor regional product quality, warranty and implement and supervise quality control programs including rework programs;
  • Monitor parts usage based on model and serial number range and report to management.

Parts

  • Monitor parts usage;
  • Recommend parts stock to distributors and develop “starters kits” for new products.

General

  • Interface and Team with US service Team and recommend International needs.

  • Fluent in Spanish is a must (native or near-native);
  • Fluent in English is also a must;
  • Available immediately for 40 hours a week (fulltime);
  • Professional presence/ operates with authority;
  • Service background and affinity with technology;
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices;
  • Analytical skills;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Independent and hardworking, self-starter with entrepreneurial mentality;
