As the Key Accountmanager -Retail your responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining long term relationships with set of customers (national accounts or regional accounts)
  • Maximizing profitable sales opportunities with them
  • Developing and implementing business plans and responsible for the net and sales margin
  • Developing a trusted and long term relationship with customer stakeholders
  • Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of customer business plan
  • Communicating clearly the progress of all initiatives to internal stakeholders
  • Plan and track key account metrics; Identifying growth opportunities within customer and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed

Gestelde eisen
  • Degree in business economic sciences (University) or Business Management
  • Minimal 5 years of relevant international professional experience within complex organizations (preferably FMCG)
  • Fluent in English and NL is an important plus
  • Team spirit, Landscape understanding
  • Sales Techniques & Negotiation, Customer Partnering
  • Supply & demand acumen, Strong communication skills
