Are you the hospitable and service-oriented receptionist we are looking for in our front office team at a hotel in the heart of Amsterdam? We are seeking a full-time Front Office Hotel Receptionist who can give our guests a warm welcome and provide them with information about the city and our hotel facilities.

As a front office receptionist, you will be responsible for the check-in and check-out of guests, answering questions, and resolving issues. You will work together with the team to ensure that our guests have a pleasant stay.

We are looking for someone with:
• At least a vocational degree (MBO);
• Experience in a similar role in the hospitality or hotel industry;
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English;
• Flexibility to work in varying shifts, including weekends and evenings.
