Beschrijving vacature
  • You will be the point of contacts for both riders/order pickers on employee related matters;
  • You will be the helping hand of the HR department in supporting where needed;
  • Within this role you will be proactively calling employees who called in sick to either make sure they have an appointment with the organisational doctor or to see when they are coming back;
  • Administration of all things done is within your scope, you will make sure to translate everything you've heard from employees to the management of the HR department.

Gestelde eisen
  • Proactive;
  • Starting his/her career within HR or Customer service;
  • Some experience in handling phone calls in previous jobs/internships;
  • Some knowledge of labour laws;
  • Available immediately and for the upcoming 3 months;
  • Available for 32-40 hours a week;
  • Fluency in English.
