- Oversee and manage operational functionalities within the IT and ERP ecosystems.

- Act as the go-to person for addressing IT-related inquiries from our dedicated team of employees.

- Cultivate strong collaborative relationships with our IT counterparts in Canada.

- Ideally, provide support to our developers when needed.

- Offer valuable assistance in maintaining workstations, servers, and various hardware and software applications.

- Demonstrate proficiency in user management and support.

- Play a pivotal role in providing software support for essential systems such as car charging stations, alarm systems, camera surveillance, and digital reception.

Functie-eisen

- Possess a strong IT background.

- Bring a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience to the table.

- Exhibit exceptional proficiency in both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

- Showcase expertise, experience, or a strong affinity with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Server, VM-ware, Cisco Meraki, iOS, Freshdesk, and TMS.

- Communicate effectively and have a service-oriented mindset.

- Proactively tackle challenges, with a keen eye for detail and a strong grasp of procedural thinking.

- Display flexibility and analytical thinking.
