Employment agency Manpower is looking for a customer support specialist for a company in Delft.

Pay mind: this is a temporary job for the duration of six months up to twelve months

As a customer support specialist you will perform the following working activities: 

• Ensuring the resolution of customer issues (for example order, technical, payment) by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams
• Coordinating resolutions with After-Sales Service and/or Spare Parts teams
• Providing internal and external customer support (e.g. basic technical, order assistance, payment-related assistance) and coordinating with relevant resources to have complete case ownership and to increase customer satisfaction
• Coordinating appropriate solutions for customer requests, and coordinate with related teams to ensure the complete handling of the request (e.g. production capability and scheduling, resourcing, quotes, price lists, invoice) is in place
• Informing customers about issue status based on inputs, and clarifies any questions and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the entire process

Functie-eisen

• At least three years of experience in similar role, with strong knowledge in order to cash to process
• Experience in a similar international company
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills, because of the communication with various teams
• Knowledge of SAP in the SD and MM module
• Availability of at least 32 hours per week 

Living near Delft, Den Haag, Zoetermeer or Rotterdam is a bonus but not mandatory!
