Are you a hands-on and experienced marketeer in the field of consumer marketing, with practical experience on setting up campaigns, including digital and CRM projects? Do you speak Dutch & English fluently and have previous experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry? Then we could be looking for you!


Objective of Position
  • Responsible to ensure branding is consistent across advertising and campaigns, in line with the existing guidelines. Is the owner of the brand in the territory, and defines features and attributes.
  • Develop (disruptive) digital solutions, secure implementation of digital brand plans (tactics) accordingly, which will deliver leadership within the market whilst optimizing the commercial returns.
  • Implement digital, SoMe and CRM marketing plan by using all elements of the digital mix, with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers hence increasing sales and maximizing brand potential.
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer market and competitor’s activities.
  • Orchestrate key stakeholders and drive execution of marketing plan(s)
  • Develop and implement action plans, key projects and materials focused on the promotion of ADC products in different fields (e.g. Consumers / Patients).
  • Localize the Global developed materials but also lead the development of marketing tactics and materials, in conjunction with sales force, marketing group, Market Access, Commercial Implementation and external suppliers
  • Ensures compliance of marketing materials with both national and company standards and procedures; responsible for the marketing aspects of the promotional material, ensuring that approval is sought and all required amendments are made.
  • Management and ownership of local consumer website both on content as access
Main Responsibilities
  • Leading local CRM programs; develop, innovative programs, initiatives leading to greater patient intimacy and loyalty/ retention.
  • Support the Marketing team to develop cost-effective communication, acquisition and retention programs leveraging existing assets, such as databases etc.
  • Responsible for ATL campaigns incl. advertisement/ education/ platforms, new product launches.
  • Responsible for the digital marketing strategy and develop digital marketing plans accordingly which maximizes market potential and commercial return for our diabetes care products and apps (Digital Health Solutions = DHS)
  • Lead on all digital/ social campaigns/ loyalty platforms monitoring and digital customer engagement dialogue (CRM, local webinars, SMS etc) for ADC. Lead on new digital initiatives.
  • Be part of the respective EMEA & Global groups/ forums to ensure local insights & learnings are shared and used to improve the offered solutions & assets.
  • Experience with and understanding of market research, and translate the outcome of Market research into concrete Customer related initiatives.
  • Understand trends and respond to customer wishes
  • Design and execute promotional activities (visual aids, advertising, SoMe posts, etc.) in line with global branding and key messages.
  • Drives motivation of sales force towards brand aspiration (cycle & launch meetings). Brief and train them.
  • Assess opportunities to impact business growth, develop and execute business tactics.
  • Manage voice of customer and integrate into actionable programs/materials
  • Coordinate competitive intelligence and drive competitive action plans.
  • Provide regular reporting of data and key metrics to management and sales team
  • Measure the financial (ROI) and Marketing effectiveness of marketing tactics
  • Manage the Advertising & Promotional budget, always considering cost improvement opportunities in alignment with Marketing Manager.
  • Offers to help colleagues achieve common goals; make sure all relevant information is shared within the team. Team player with capability of working independently but always inside the procedures.
  • Contribute in preparing the marketing plan together with Marketing Manager
  • Secure compliance with all appropriate and statutory business and regulatory requirements including GDPR, ethics and compliance and code of business conduct procedures and protocols
Job Offer

Experience & Knowledge

* Previous experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry in a marketing and/or sales function required
* Brand Management experience background including multichannel and digital preferred
* Fluent bilingual in both verbal & written English & Dutch.
* Proficient in MS Office Suits
