Main goal in function:
Provide technical support to the CTS Management to ensure continuous customer technical service.

Provide technical support to CTS Management:
Provide product and customer related information to the CTS Europe team and HQ. Inspect, validate and report warranty claims from distributors /customers.

Provide product related information to customers, sales and customer service:
Provide technical support to customers by direct telephone contact.
Provide technical support to customer service and to the sales team.
Take appropriate action when an issue needs physical presence (customer visit, return product).

Escalate important issues to concerning departments at the headquarters:
Communicate problems regarding product lines to headquarters.
Appoint and communicate product opportunities to the concerning stakeholders (marketing, HQ).

Acts as a versatile team member:
Able to back-up warranty claim inspector, the CTS administrative assistant and the CTS manager (partly) when needed.

Functie-eisen

Requirements:
Technical MBO education e.g. maintenance mechanic or electronics.
English language, both verbal and written. Other language skills are preferred (German).
Product Knowledge.
Technical insight; able to 3d visualize and able to read technical drawings.
1-3 years of working experience in a technical department (internal experience such as QA is preferred).
Computer and Network skills required.

Equipment / software utilized:
MS office, Adobe, ERP system, MPS skills a plus.
