We are currently looking for a proactive and technically minded Warehouse Automation Operator to join an international organization specialized in advanced automated logistics solutions for warehouses, distribution centers, and airport operations. The company operates at the forefront of automation technology, combining robotics, conveyors, software, and intelligent control systems to optimize large-scale logistics processes worldwide.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and supporting highly automated systems within a fast-paced and high-tech operational environment. You will play an important role in ensuring operational continuity, resolving system disruptions, and maintaining an efficient material flow throughout the site.

Your responsibilities

• Monitor automated warehouse and conveyor systems
• Respond to system alarms, operational issues, and blockages
• Perform first-line troubleshooting and basic technical interventions
• Support smooth product and material flow within the operation
• Communicate with operators, technicians, and control room teams
• Assist with resetting system components and replacing consumables
• Identify process improvements and support operational efficiency
• Ensure safe working practices and maintain a clean work environment

What we are looking for

• Technical affinity or interest in automation and logistics systems
• Problem-solving mindset and hands-on mentality
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work in a 5-shift rotation
• Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or technical environments is a plus
• Basic knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems is an advantage
