(Starter) Assembly Mechanic - High-Tech Engineering

For an innovative high-tech engineering company in Aalsmeer, we are looking for a Starter Assembly Mechanic who wants to learn, develop, and build advanced machinery from the ground up.

This is not a production line environment where you perform the same task every day. Every project is different. Every machine is built to a high standard of precision. And every finished product is the result of teamwork between technicians and engineers who are passionate about technology.

As part of the assembly team, you will work on the construction of advanced mechanical and electromechanical systems used in demanding technical environments. From the first components to final testing, you will be involved throughout the entire build process.

What will you do?

• Assemble high-tech mechanical and electromechanical systems
• Build complete machines from technical drawings and work instructions
• Install, align, and adjust mechanical components
• Perform inspections and quality checks
• Support testing and commissioning activities
• Identify and solve assembly-related issues
• Work closely with engineers and experienced technicians

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in technology and engineering. Someone who enjoys working with their hands and wants to become an expert in machine building and precision assembly.

Education

You have completed a degree in:

• Mechanical Engineering
• Mechatronics
• Aerospace Engineering
• Electrical Engineering

You also have:

• A hands-on mentality
• Strong technical curiosity
• Good mechanical insight
• The ability to read technical drawings or the willingness to learn
• Attention to detail and quality
• Good communication skills in English
