About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the optimal performance of production equipment, packaging lines, and facility installations. You will be responsible for maintaining machinery, resolving technical issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational reliability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and technical installations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical faults.
• Analyze recurring equipment issues and contribute to long-term technical improvements.
• Register maintenance activities accurately in the maintenance management system.
• Support technical projects, equipment upgrades, and modifications.
• Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Contribute to the optimization of maintenance processes and equipment performance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in line with 5S and LEAN principles.
• Work according to quality and safety standards, including HACCP, BRC, ISO, and GMP requirements.
• Share knowledge and support colleagues where necessary.

What We're Looking For:

Qualifications

• MBO Level 3 or 4 qualification in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience in the maintenance of industrial production equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems is an advantage.
• Knowledge of machine safety and working within regulated manufacturing environments.
