As an Air Freight Import Agent, you start every day fully motivated to ensure that your cargo reaches the correct destination as efficiently and carefully as possible. You will work within the B2B Air Freight department and collaborate closely with a small team. Together, you handle your clients' import shipments on a daily basis. It is a versatile, full-time position of 40 hours per week.

- You are responsible for handling import shipments for various accounts.
- In collaboration with internal and external departments, you ensure that everything is executed in accordance with the agreements with the client.
- You ensure the timely and correct flow of documents, papers, and information to the appropriate departments.
- In the event of any problems, you communicate clearly with the client and offer solutions that work for all parties.
- You build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, foreign branches, and partners regarding transport.
- You handle the invoicing of the shipments.
- A completed logistics education or demonstrable experience in a similar position.
- Willing to work weekend shifts.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English.
- Start with a 7-month contract at Page Personnel.
