Logistics & 3PL Coordinator

About the role
At iGM Resins, a reliable and efficient supply chain is central to the success of our customers. As Logistics & 3PL Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth logistics operations within our EMEA organisation. You will be responsible for the daily coordination with our external logistics partners and ensure that the flow of goods, inventory management and transportation activities are carried out efficiently and in accordance with agreed requirements.

In this role, you will act as the vital link between internal stakeholders and external logistics service providers. You will closely monitor performance, resolve operational challenges and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our logistics processes.

What is your role?
You will report to the Customer Operations & Fulfilment Manager and work closely with colleagues in Order Fulfilment, Supply Planning, Procurement, Operations and Finance, as well as with our external logistics partners.
Your impact:

• Coordinating daily operational activities with our external 3PL warehouse partners.
• Monitoring warehouse performance, inventory accuracy, service levels and transportation reliability.
• Identifying, analysing and resolving logistics disruptions, inventory discrepancies and fulfilment issues.
• Coordinating urgent inbound deliveries and outbound shipments to ensure customer commitments are met.
• Monitoring and analysing logistics KPIs and supporting root cause analyses and improvement actions.
• Ensuring clear communication between internal stakeholders and logistics service providers regarding priorities, risks and performance.
• Initiating and supporting improvement projects focused on efficiency, reliability and operational excellence.

Success in this role means that our logistics chain performs reliably, customers receive their deliveries on time and processes are continuously improved.

Wat is jouw rol?
Je rapporteert aan de Customer Operations & Fulfilment Manager en werkt nauw samen met collega’s binnen Order Fulfilment, Supply Planning, Procurement, Operations, Finance en onze externe logistieke partners.
Jouw impact:

• Coördineren van de dagelijkse operationele activiteiten met onze externe 3PL-magazijnpartners.
• Bewaken van warehouseprestaties, voorraadnauwkeurigheid, servicelevels en transportbetrouwbaarheid.
• Signaleren, analyseren en oplossen van logistieke verstoringen, voorraadverschillen en fulfilmentvraagstukken.
• Coördineren van urgente inkomende leveringen en uitgaande zendingen om klantafspraken na te komen.
• Monitoren en analyseren van logistieke KPI’s en het ondersteunen van root cause analyses en verbeteracties.
• Zorgen voor duidelijke communicatie tussen interne stakeholders en logistieke dienstverleners over prioriteiten, risico’s en prestaties.
• Initiëren en ondersteunen van verbeterprojecten gericht op efficiëntie, betrouwbaarheid en operationele excellentie.

Succes in deze rol betekent dat onze logistieke keten betrouwbaar presteert, klanten tijdig worden beleverd en processen continu worden verbeterd.

Who are you?
As our new 3PL Coordinator, you have completed a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a comparable field, and you have between 3 and 5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, supply chain operations or 3PL management.

• You have a strong understanding of warehouse processes, transportation flows, inventory management and logistics KPIs.
• You have experience managing or coordinating external logistics service providers.
• You have strong analytical skills, work in a structured manner and maintain a clear overview in a dynamic environment.
• You have excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English and know how to connect different stakeholders effectively.
• You are proficient in ERP systems, reporting tools and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience within an international manufacturing or industrial environment is an advantage.

Wie ben jij?
Als onze nieuwe 3PL coördinator heb je een bacheloropleiding afgerond in Logistiek, Supply Chain Management, Bedrijfskunde of een vergelijkbare richting en je beschikt over 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring binnen logistiek, warehousing, transport, supply chain operations of 3PL-management.

• Je hebt een goed begrip van warehouseprocessen, transportstromen, voorraadbeheer en logistieke KPI’s.
• Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen of coördineren van externe logistieke dienstverleners.
• Je bent analytisch sterk, werkt gestructureerd en houdt overzicht in een dynamische omgeving.
• Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden (Nederlands en Engels) en weet verschillende stakeholders effectief te verbinden.
• Je bent vaardig met ERP-systemen, rapportagetools en Microsoft Office, met name Excel.
• Ervaring binnen een internationale productie- of industriële omgeving is een pré.
