Senior Business Controller

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to management and leadership teams, combining financial expertise with commercial insight to support growth, investments and business performance.

As a Senior Business Controller, you will be a strategic finance partner, providing valuable insights and supporting key business decisions across the organisation.

Your responsibilities include:

• Partnering with senior management and business leaders;
• Analysing financial and operational performance indicators;
• Developing financial models, forecasts and business cases;
• Supporting investment decisions and strategic initiatives;
• Leading budgeting and forecasting processes;
• Driving financial performance improvements across the business;
• Identifying risks and opportunities through data-driven analysis;
• Enhancing reporting processes and financial controls;
• Supporting external reporting requirements;
• Coaching and mentoring junior finance colleagues.

You are a commercially minded finance professional with strong analytical capabilities and the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders.

In addition, you bring:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field;
• At least 5 years of relevant experience within Business Control, FP&A, Corporate Finance or Consultancy;
• Strong experience with financial modelling and investment analysis;
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Experience working with large datasets and BI tools;
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems;
• Fluency in English
