As a process operator, you closely monitor the entire production process. You operate and check the equipment and step in as soon as you notice any deviations. Thanks to your technical insight, you know when you can take action yourself and when to call in a colleague.
Quality is especially important in cheese production. That's why you take samples regularly, measure temperatures, and check pH levels. You record results carefully and keep a close eye on whether the process meets quality standards. Safety also gets a lot of attention. You work according to established procedures.
Between production tasks, you keep the workplace and equipment clean. This way, the production environment stays hygienic and the quality of the cheese can be guaranteed.

You'll receive
- A gross monthly salary between €2,700 and €3,800 (excluding shift allowance)
- An average shift allowance of 25.78%
- 28 vacation days based on a full-time position
- A full-time workweek of 36 hours
- Net travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometer
- A guaranteed year-end bonus.
