Line operator

What you'll be doing
Do you want to work as a Line Operator in the food industry and contribute to a product that ends up on the table every day? In this role, you ensure that the cheese production process runs smoothly, safely, and according to schedule. As a Line Operator, you are responsible for turning, plasticizing, and loading cheese. Together with colleagues, you ensure that the production line runs optimally and that quality always remains at the highest level. The workday begins with a handover from the previous shift. Afterwards, you check the schedule and prepare the production line for a new shift. During work, you keep a close eye on the production process and intervene quickly if a malfunction or deviation occurs. You perform regular quality checks and ensure that the workplace and installations remain clean and tidy. Safety, quality, and teamwork are central every day. You work in a 4-shift system and have an important role within the production process. You consult regularly with colleagues from the previous and next shifts so that work is handed over smoothly. There is a strong focus on development, giving you the opportunity to learn new skills and grow within production.

You'll receive

• A gross monthly salary between €2,750 and €3,200 excluding shift allowance
• An average shift allowance of 26.3%: 24 vacation days for full-time employment
• A full-time work week of 36 hours
• A net travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometer

The ideal candidate

• Has no problem working in a 4-shift system
• Has at least an MBO-2 working and thinking level in a relevant field
• Communicates clearly and listens well to colleagues, preferably in Dutch or English
• Sets priorities and works efficiently with technical equipment
• Preferably holds a reach truck certificate or is willing to obtain one
• Works accurately and maintains high quality
• Remains calm and thinks in solutions
• Preferably has own transport due to the accessibility of this company.
