Orderpicker Warehouse

As an Orderpicker at this logistics organization in Nieuwegein, you make sure supermarkets receive their fresh products every day. Using a modern voice-picking system, available in Dutch, English, Polish, and Ukrainian, you collect orders in the warehouse. You walk a lot, pick products from shelves, and prepare orders for transport. You work quickly and accurately, because the stores depend on you. The job takes place in a refrigerated environment (around 4°C), so it’s important you are comfortable with cooler temperatures. You’ll receive clear instructions through the voice-picking system so you know exactly which products to collect.

As an Orderpicker, you collect fresh products that will be on Albert Heijn supermarket shelves later that day. Using a voice-picking system available in Dutch, English, Polish, and Ukrainian, you move through the warehouse and collect the correct items. You load the products onto trolleys and make sure everything is neatly prepared and ready for transport on time. Accuracy and speed are important. You’ll work in a chilled environment at around 4°C, so make sure you dress warmly.

Your main responsibilities:

• Collect products using a voice-picking system;
• Prepare and organize trolleys for shipment;
• Check product quantities and quality.

This job is for 40 hours per week. Your shifts will be scheduled as follows:

• Morning shift: 05:00-14:30
• Night shift: 19:30-04:00

• You have your own accomodation in The Netherlands. For this job we don't provide housing;
• You speak Dutch, English, or Polish;
• You’re physically fit and able to perform physical work;
• You’re comfortable working in a chilled environment (around 4°C);
• You’re flexible and willing to work weekends, morning shifts, and night shifts.

• A gross hourly wage of €14.99;
• Shift allowances of 25% to 45% on top of your hourly wage;
• Weekend allowances: 50% on Saturdays and 100% on Sundays;
