Project Manager Marine & Offshore

• Develop project plans and manage budgets, schedules, scope, and progress.
• Coordinate safe project execution with the Operations Manager.
• Lead and motivate multidisciplinary project teams.
• Manage complex maritime projects with international stakeholders.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Report project progress and manage evaluations.
• Identify improvements and ensure effective internal and external communication.

• HBO working and thinking level, a Bachelor’s degree in Technical Business Administration is an advantage.
• Electrical Engineering background.
• Several years of relevant Project Manager experience in the maritime space.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Results-oriented with good commercial and communication skills.
• Good command of English
