Team Leader / Working Foreman - Fish Production

As a Team Leader / Working Foreman, you will lead a team of 5-6 employees in the fish smoking and processing department while actively participating in daily production yourself. You will report directly to the Production Manager and ensure that the daily production schedule is achieved safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards. The working environment is humid, with a temperature below 15°C. Standard working hours are 06:00-15:00, with scheduled breaks throughout the day. During busy periods, overtime may occur, averaging approximately 2-3 additional hours per day. The salary ranges from €18.31 to €21.14 gross per hour, depending on experience and skills. This position also offers the opportunity to develop further and progress to Assistant Production Manager.

• Leading and supporting a production team of 5-6 employees
• Monitoring daily planning, productivity, and production targets
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards
• Identifying bottlenecks and contributing to process improvements
• Working alongside the team and maintaining a safe and positive working environment

• Good command of both Dutch and English - mandatory
• Experience leading or coordinating employees in a production environment
• Responsible, hands-on leadership style and willingness to work alongside the team
• Experience in fish or food processing is an advantage
• Forklift certificate is an advantage
