We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Future Foreman to help deliver festivals, weddings, corporate events, and temporary accommodation projects across the Netherlands and beyond. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, takes initiative, and wants to grow into a leadership position within the event construction industry.

Your Role
As a Future Foreman, you will play an active role in both the execution and coordination of projects. You will work alongside your colleagues on-site while gradually taking on more responsibility for planning, supervision, and project execution.
You lead by example, maintain oversight, and ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities

• Preparing projects and materials from the warehouse
• Assisting with the planning and coordination of projects
• Supervising temporary staff during setup and dismantling activities
• Actively participating in the construction and dismantling of tents, chalets, and temporary accommodations
• Supporting clients and maintaining professional communication on-site
• Monitoring project progress, quality, and safety standards
• Helping to ensure projects are completed on schedule

• Gross monthly salary between €2,700 and €3,700, depending on experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
