Production Trainer Meat Processing

Do you have experience in a slaughterhouse or meat processing environment and enjoy helping colleagues learn the job? As a Production Trainer, you are responsible for onboarding, training and supporting new employees on the production floor. You help colleagues develop their skills and make sure work is carried out according to quality, food safety and animal welfare standards.

As a Production Trainer, you play an important role in the onboarding and development of new employees. You guide colleagues on the shop floor and help them become familiar with different tasks, workstations and procedures.

Your responsibilities include:

• Training and supporting new employees during their onboarding period;
• Explaining work processes, procedures and different workstations;
• Monitoring employee progress and providing practical feedback;
• Identifying training and development needs;
• Working closely with supervisors and production departments;
• Maintaining training records and skill matrices;
• Supporting a structured onboarding process;
• Sharing your knowledge and experience with colleagues on the production floor.

This is a hands-on role in which you combine practical production experience with coaching and guidance.

• Experience in a slaughterhouse or meat processing environment;
• Experience in different positions within the production process;
• A coaching mindset and willingness to support new employees;
• Good communication skills;
• Attention to quality, food safety and workplace safety;
• Good command of the English language;
• Basic Dutch is an advantage, but not required.
