HR Reporting and Analytics Expert

As an expert in Excel Power Query, SuccessFactors, and HR systems, you provide valuable insights by combining multiple data sources.

• You will report to the Team Lead HR Reporting and Analytics.
• You will take on assignments from the business and initiate projects based on your functional HR knowledge.
• You will play a key role in managing HR data requests, using your analytical skills to anticipate potential issues and discuss solutions with your team.
• You will collaborate with line managers across all operating countries.
• You will be responsible for maintaining the HR master dataset across all HR applications.

Your responsibilities include:

• Defining data and reporting standards.
• Developing reports.
• Resolving data issues.
• Delivering recurring analyses and reports on HR management information, workforce data, and trends.
• Identifying opportunities to improve HR reporting within the HR Project Processes and Systems department and the wider HR organisation, and ensuring their implementation.
• Supporting management by providing valuable, actionable insights.

• Excellent command of English (mandatory).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and VBA (mandatory).
• Ability to work from the office in Zwaagdijk-Oost at least two days per week.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience, preferably in an international environment.
• Proven experience in HR data analysis, reporting, ETL, dashboard development, and working with large datasets.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• Dutch language skills are preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Python, particularly the pandas library, is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Power Automate is preferred.
• Experience with HR systems and cloud-based solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Analytics Cloud is an advantage.

€90-€95 per hour all-in ex BTW
