Logistics Employee

Your new employer is an international logistics organization specializing in temperature-controlled products. A brand-new facility is being launched in Barneveld, which will supply 450 supermarkets across the Netherlands with chilled products. You'll join a team building new processes from the ground up, with short lines of communication and plenty of room for growth.

• Picking and preparing orders for shipment.
• Checking unloaded goods and placing them in the correct warehouse location.
• Moving and storing pallets using a forklift or reach truck.
• Replenishing pick locations and relocating stock.
• Preparing shipments and assisting with loading and unloading.
• Working with scanners and a WMS system.
• Working accurately and safely according to clear procedures.
• Starting in one department (e.g. inbound, order picking/packing, outbound, put-away, or inventory management), with the opportunity to learn other departments as well.

• Affinity with the logistics sector.
• A strong sense of responsibility; you step up when needed.
• Accurate and safety-conscious way of working.
• A good team player.
• Good command of Dutch or English.
• Willing to work irregular hours.
• A forklift or reach truck certificate is a plus: don't have one yet? No problem, we'll help you get it!

• Obtain certificates (forklift/reach truck).
• Travel allowance; if you commute by public transport, a city bike is available.
