You’ll assist Slovenian customers for global brands, using your language skills to solve technical and product-related questions. No experience? No problem. We pay for your training and your flight to your new home.

What will your tasks be?

• Assisting Slovenian-speaking customers via phone, email, and social channels;
• Diagnosing and solving technical issues with enthusiasm;
• Accurately updating customer records in the system;
• Collaborating with an international team in English;
• Ensuring every customer receives friendly and high-quality service.

Who are youz?

You are a proactive communicator who loves helping people. You speak and write Slovenian fluently and have a strong command of English. You are at least 18 years old and ready for a new challenge in Greece or Bulgaria for at least six to twelve months. You have a valid EU passport or ID card and the motivation to learn new technical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Locations

• Athens, Greece: Gross monthly salary of €1,200-€1,300, plus a performance bonus and 14 payments per year.
• Sofia, Bulgaria: Gross monthly salary of 3,700 BGN (approximately €1,891).

What we ask

• Fluent in Slovenian (spoken and written);

• Available for a minimum of 6 to 12 months;
• Strong computer and technical skills.
