Production and Orders Coordination Intern

We’re looking for an intern to support our Product and order team at the Munro Tailoring headquarters in Amsterdam. As a Production and Orders Coordination Intern, you will:

• Support the Product and Orders team in resolving daily order issues and managing weekly order-related tasks;

• Assist with communication between internal and external stakeholders across the supply chain;

• Contribute to Ready-to-Wear order processing and dispatch;

• Help maintain and update weekly shipment overviews and reports;

• Support the identification and mitigation of order delays;

• Conduct research on specific topics to identify opportunities for process improvements.

• You are enrolled in Supply Chain or Fashion or related study on vocational or bachelor level;

• You have a good command of English and great communication skills;

• You have strong organizational and prioritization skills;

• You are detail-oriented;

• You can work independently and have a proactive mindset;

• You are familiar with Microsoft Office;

• You are available for at least 5 months starting February 2027.
