Learn the trade in our factory!
Do you want to work with modern production machines and practice the trade of an operator at the same time? Then this is your chance.
At SanoRice, we train you to become an operator. You will learn step by step how to operate production lines, perform quality checks, and resolve minor malfunctions. You don't need to be an experienced operator yet. If you have technical insight, enjoy hands-on work, and are eager to learn, we will take care of the rest.

What do we offer you?

• A gross hourly wage between €17.50 and €18.00, excluding shift allowance. In addition, as of January 1, 2027, you will receive a salary increase of 3% in accordance with the collective labour agreement;
• A shift allowance of 20% on top of your salary. You work in a 3-shift system:
  • 06:00 to 14:00
  • 14:00 to 22:00
  • 22:00 to 06:00 (the night shift starts on Sunday evening);
• You start through Randstad and get to know our company well. Are we both enthusiastic? Then you make the switch to SanoRice with the prospect of a permanent contract for an indefinite period;
• Opportunities for advancement to independent operator;
• A travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometer.

Wat is jouw rol?

You support the production process and learn to carry out increasing responsibilities independently.
You will be involved in, among other things:

• Operating and controlling production machines;
• Performing quality checks according to work instructions;
• Changing over and setting up machines under supervision;
• Resolving simple malfunctions;
• Recording production data;
• Cleaning machines and workplace according to the 5S standard;
• Working in accordance with food safety, quality, and safety guidelines.

What are you going to do? 40% - Operating, setting up, and converting production machines 25% - Monitoring the production process and product quality 15% - Resolving first-line incidents 10% - Safety, hygiene and order in the workplace 10% - Reporting and contributing to process improvements

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who likes to roll up their sleeves and thrives in a dynamic production environment. You have an affinity for technology, work accurately, and take responsibility for your line and product quality.

In addition, you have:

• Minimum MBO-2 working and thinking level;
• Affinity with technology or production;
• Willingness to work in shifts;
• Good command of the Dutch or English language;
• You are eager to learn, motivated, and work accurately;
• Experience in production is a plus, but not necessary.
