Maintenance Technician (5-Shift System)

The Role

As a Maintenance Technician, you play a crucial role within our organization. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for keeping our machinery and production equipment operating at peak performance in our state-of-the-art production facility.

Your main responsibilities include carrying out maintenance activities and resolving technical malfunctions.

• Performing maintenance and repairs on our production line and related machinery.
• Advising on repair solutions and maintenance improvements.
• Independently troubleshooting and resolving technical breakdowns.
• Ensuring a proper handover of information to colleagues.
• Contributing ideas for process improvements and creative technical solutions.

Your Strengths

We are looking for someone who has:

• Willingness to work in a 5-shift rotation system.
• An MBO Level 3 qualification, preferably in Mechatronics or a related technical field.
• Knowledge of Siemens PLC systems and robot controls.
• Good communication skills in English.
• A stress-resistant attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
• A genuine interest in technology and process improvement.
• Experience as a Maintenance Technician or Field Service Technician (preferred).
