Technical employee

For an innovative client in the Tiel region, we are looking for a precise and technical assembly employee. Our client specializes in designing, producing, and delivering systems. Everything needed to keep water clear, healthy, and safe is developed in-house. That means: short lines of communication, high quality, and a lot of technical knowledge under one roof.

As an assembly employee, you will be doing the following:

• Assembling technical components according to technical drawings.
• Working independently with hand tools and measuring equipment.
• Checking and testing end products.
• Contributing ideas for improving processes and products.
• Working in a small team where quality comes first.
• Working days Monday through Friday.
• You can set your own working hours between 06:00 and 18:00.

• Technical insight and a practical mindset.
• You function well both independently and as part of a team.
• You speak English and/or Dutch.
• You work precisely and in a structured manner.
• Experience is nice to have, but motivation is more important - we're happy to teach you the trade.

As an Assembly Employee, you'll get:

• A gross hourly wage starting from €16.80 - €18.50.
• Day shift work, part-time also possible.
• A role with a lot of variety and tangible results.
• Travel expense reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometer.
• 3% year-end bonus.
• 8% holiday allowance.
• 25 vacation days per year on a full-time basis.
