Beschrijving vacature ResponsibilitiesThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling enquiries regarding electro technical installations by phone and e-mail for one of our clients. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for improving customer’s satisfaction and thereby increasing our client’s brand value.

Main tasks
• Answering incoming calls and e-mails properly and solving customer’s enquiries.
• Exposing the problem by good listening and asking clear questions.
• Logging all details of incoming support requests.
• Handling (low priority) complaints and warranty requests of customers in a satisfactory manner. • Serve as an important link to share and connect customer’s enquiries with different departments within our clients Customer Care organization.
• Staying up to date of new developments in the area of professional electronics related to the job.

Gestelde eisen • Speaks and writes fluently Dutch and English.
• Available 32 to 40 hours per week.
• MBO + work and thinking level.
• Education in Electricity and/or with experience in Electricity installation.
• Experience in the Lighting industry is a pre.
• Experience with Business-to-Business contacts (B2B) and Customer Service.
• Basic understanding of computers and Microsoft Office.
